Centre for exploring consciousness
To understand oneself and one’s relation with life seems to be an inborn instinct in human consciousness. All traditions, spiritual practices, and religions, at core, are a response to this innate force. Sri M, in his multi-faceted approach to spirituality, has envisioned a space for Swadhyaya or self-study — where people come to reflect and introspect.
'Swa' means self; 'Swadhyaya' means self-study, plus study of the Self. It is ‘Swadhyaya’ and
‘Swa-adhyaya’ both.

ArogyaM
Wellness through Ayurveda, Yoga, and Ahara
An intrinsic part of The Sacred Grove, ArogyaM offers traditional Ayurvedic practices with its emphasis on diet, Yogasanas and Pranayama to aid wellness of body and mind. Sri M shares that practice of Yoga and Ayurveda together is in itself “kayakalpa”.
“Our humble and respectful Pranams to Sir who created this heavenly spot full of enchanting sights and sounds of Nature in full glory. Serenity comes spontaneously to whoever stays here for a few days.”
Padmanabhan P and Hema P, Bengaluru
“Very welcoming ambience & thoughtfully designed wellness center & cottages. Perfect space to spend time with one’s own-self, understanding and exploring consciousness. Peaceful and serene environment.”
Shipra Sarkar, Delhi NCR
“The Sacred Grove is indeed an ideal place for a Sadhak to practise his spiritual routine. The calm, natural surroundings, free from most distractions and healthy, nutritious food also helps in this pursuit. The Library is well stocked with diverse spiritual books. I will surely visit again!”

The Swadhyaya and Ayurveda retreat at The Sacred Grove felt like a little escape into… heaven. Honestly, if anyone asks me what peace looks like, I’ll just send them a picture from here. Endless greenery, birds singing, fresh air, and a rhythm that gently whispers: ‘Breathe, Oana, slow down!’ For someone living in the hustle of the city and trying—heroically—to keep her inner peace alive, The Sacred Grove was a true reset button. And not just the place—the people! So warm, respectful, and genuinely helpful that I started wondering if they secretly took a course called "How to Be Adorable 101". The yoga, Ayurveda classes and therapy in ArogyaM-Wellness Center were guided by real professionals, full of patience, humor, and dedication. And Teji, Shubhangi and Padma. I’m convinced they have a special agreement with the universe, because they radiate kindness in every detail. They made us feel like old friends rather than participants in a retreat. And, of course, Victoria, the yoga teacher from Bucharest, who opened the door to this journey and guided us - a group with the same desires of spiritual evolution - so gracefully through India. I’m leaving The Sacred Grove with more inner peace, my batteries fully recharged, and a firm promise to try and bring at least a small piece of this calm back home… if traffic allows it. Thank you all!
