Santrupti

Santrupti translates as contentment. At our dining hall, mildly-spiced, simple vegetarian diet is cooked and served with love and care for the contentment of all those who come to eat here, following the principles of Ayurveda.

Seasonal fruits and vegetables, ghee made from desi cows’ milk, and milk from our Goshala are used in our kitchen. In addition, natural and organic vegetables, millets and groundnuts grown at The Sacred Grove are part of the diet at Santrupti.
