Centre for exploring consciousness

To understand oneself and one’s relation with life seems to be an inborn instinct in human consciousness. All traditions, spiritual practices, and religions, at core, are a response to this innate force. Sri M, in his multi-faceted approach to spirituality, has envisioned a space for Swadhyaya or self-study — where people come to reflect and introspect.

'Swa' means self; 'Swadhyaya' means self-study, plus study of the Self. It is ‘Swadhyaya’ and ‘Swa-adhyaya’ both.
