Swadhyaya and Ayurveda Self-Retreat

On the 3rd anniversary of The Sacred Grove, Chowdepalle, we held our first integrated Swadhyaya and Ayurveda Self-Retreats—an immersive experience in solitude, self-inquiry, and holistic wellbeing.

Since the inception on 03.07.2022, Swadhyaya – Centre for Exploring Consciousness, and ArogyaM – our Yoga and Ayurveda Wellness Centre, have welcomed seekers in search of a conducive space for Self-Inquiry and healing. Many have moved between the two, deepening their journey through both self-study and therapeutic care.

This July, for the first time, the two Centres came together to offer retreats that blend Self-Inquiry with classical Ayurvedic care, supported by Nature, Community, and the Teachings from different traditions.
